"For years, I’ve had really bad acrophobia (fear of heights / of falling) and it’s had a negative impact on my enjoyment of walking in hills and mountains. Several times I’ve had a panic attack on a path and / or had to abandon a walk I really wanted to do. I’d heard of IEMT and thought it was for serious things like PTSD and anxiety but then I read about someone who said it cured their fear of flying and I wondered if it could help me. 

I contacted Rachel and she explained how it could help this anxiety so I arranged a session with her. Our session was fast and easy and I actually felt different by the end of the session. I was keen to try out the results so out on a walk I deliberately took a very steep, exposed path that I had previously refused to use. Although I was still slightly fearful of falling because the path was very slippery, my anxiety level was so low that I actually enjoyed the experience!  

I’m amazed at the difference – previously if I’d needed to use a path like this I would have been extremely anxious to the point of tears – but instead I was laughing! Thank you Rachel, I can’t wait to get out into the hills and do some paths that I’ve previously avoided!" (KF,2022)



UPDATE: “I had previously worked with Rachel for IEMT and it made a big difference for me. So when I was going through a period of anxiety I contacted her again and purchased a hypnotherapy recording. It’s really easy to listen to and I felt myself relaxing within minutes. After listening to it I slept really well and the next day I felt much better to cope, with everything. I’ve listened to the recording several times, whenever I need to, and am so thankful my anxiety has reduced.
